Expert consensus on cognitive training nursing clinic

Objective To establish a consensus of nursing experts on cognitive training nursing clinics. Methods Literatures at home and abroad were retrieved and key informant interviews were conducted. Expert Delphi mail questionnaire was developed according to the key issues of nursing care. Using 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation and expert meetings,each item was revised and adjusted combined with the objective evidence and expert opinion. Results The experts reached a consensus on 4 dimensions of cognitive training nursing clinics:setup,contents,management,and personnel education,including 15 indicators. Conclusion The expert consensus on cognitive training nursing clinic was reliable and applicable,which can provide guidance for cognitive nursing clinics and promote regulated development of cognitive training.
